Resources

Preparation makes for a better underwriting outcome. These resources help you get organized before a renewal, purchase or first flight — whether you're ready to talk now or just want to see what's ahead.

Pilot & Aircraft Information Form

Ready to move quickly? This form covers the aircraft, pilot and coverage details we'll eventually need — the same kind of information used across the industry, organized clearly instead of on a printed form. Fill it out ahead of a call if you'd like, or skip it and we'll walk through everything together — either way works.

[Placeholder — form not yet built] The Pilot & Aircraft Information form will embed here once created in HubSpot's form builder. See the field specification document for the exact structure.

Getting ready before you talk to us

Better insurance outcomes begin with better preparation. Here's what's worth having in mind:

Aircraft details and value

Make, model, year, registration, configuration, avionics, modifications, storage, geography and a supportable hull value.

Pilot experience and training

Total time, ratings, recent experience, make-and-model time, claims or incidents, and completed or planned training — including any endorsements needed for MOSAIC-related privileges.

Use, timing and history

Intended use, named pilots, prior coverage, current quotations, renewal or closing date and any urgent requirements.

Transition training and MOSAIC questions

If you're navigating a move to Sport Pilot privileges, a new MOSAIC-compliant aircraft, or training and endorsement requirements, our MOSAIC hub walks through what's changed and what it means for your insurance.
